Today is rose day and there can’t be a better occasion to tell you how much you mean to me. We have spent so much time together but all the memories are as fresh as dew on the petals of a rose during a summer morning. All this time I have been a constant pain in your gut and I promise that I will continue to be a pain in your gut after all it’s my jokes and sense of humour that is keeping you alive otherwise you must have died of boredom
I might be a thorn sometimes. I trouble you a lot, call you at midnight and disturb you in your sleep. But you never say a word and are always there to give me comfort when I am distressed. You got me out of every trouble that came in my way and took it for yourself. I want to tell you that you are like a rose in my life. You have always ever given me something or the other apart from your precious friendship. You are the friend who had filled my life with the fragrance of friendship.

I thought of giving you a yellow rose but then yellow roses also symbolizes jealousy therefore I didn’t fount it an appropriate gift for you and then I came to the conclusion that there is no rose that is worthy of you and your friendship. If there was a rose that would symbolize deep and true friendship then I would have given it to you my friend.
